Trek, Specialized, Rad Power, Aventon, Giant, Cannondale, Juiced — if it’s an eBike, you have the charger and keys, and it runs, it qualifies. We’re not picky about where it came from. We care about where it’s going next: back on the road with someone who’ll love it.

One rule: it has to run.

Power it on, ride it around the block. If it does that with the keys and charger, it qualifies. We're not expecting perfect, just functional. We'll take it from there.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Just bring it in

Ride it over or throw it in the car. No appointment needed, no paperwork ahead of time. Just show up with the keys and the charger, and we'll take it from there.

2. We'll give you  a number on the spot

One of our team members will look it over in person, ask a few questions, and give you a firm offer right then and there. No waiting, no back-and-forth with a manager, no "we'll call you."

3. Walk out with a deal

Your trade-in value gets applied directly to any eBike in our inventory, in-store or online, new or used. Pick the bike you want, subtract what your old one is worth, and you're riding something new for a lot less than you expected.

Why trade in here instead of selling it yourself?

You could list it online. Take photos, write a description, field a hundred texts, negotiate with strangers, wait for a no-show, start over. Bring it in here, get a number on the spot, and put that value straight toward your next ride, all in one trip.

A fair trade is good for you and good for us.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Does my ebike have a warranty?

If you find anything wrong with your ebike within the first 90 days, bring it back to our Service Center and we will fix it at no cost to you. If the ebike was purchased greater than 90 days ago, you will need to check on the manufacturer’s warranty.

If you aren’t able to bring your ebike to our Service Center, the warranty also depends on your manufacturer, and you can find out more by contacting the brand directly. Oftentimes, your local bike shop will be able to repair the issue under the manufacturer’s warranty.

What size bike do I need?

The correct fit is an important part of riding comfortably. We have an e-bike designed for just about anyone. Our e-bikes are for riders from 4’1″ to 6’5″ and weigh up to 400lbs. The best fit advice is in-person in our Madison, WI shop, but give us a call, and we can suggest the right bike for you.

How accurate is website pricing?

Although all effort has been made to price all of our products correctly, mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to update/change prices without notice. We also cannot be held liable for incorrect prices. All prices are subject to approval. All online orders go through an live customer service agent, to make sure you’re getting what you want at the right price.

How accurate is inventory online?

We do our best to update the online inventory to match our in-stock availability. Due to ever growing demand this takes constant effort! All online sales are confirmed with a real in-store employee before checkout, to verify we have the bike you’re looking for, in the correct size and options for you.

Please note: Pre-ordering an e-bike is very common right now with wait times being as long as 3 months. This is now the industry norm since suppliers and manufacturers are struggling to keep up with soaring demands.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship to all 50 US states. After your purchase, we build you a brand new ebike, test all its components, partially disassemble it, and safely pack it in a box which typically takes less than 7 days. Once the ebike has left our facility, transit via UPS Ground or via freight service takes 5-7 days on average. Total shipping time may be up to 2 weeks. Contact us if you’re interested in expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

How long will it take to receive my ebike?

Once your order is placed, we build a brand new bike for you, and fully charge the battery to ensure 100% functionality before we can begin packing up your bike for shipment. We use UPS ground 5-7 business days. You will not receive a tracking number until the order has left our building.

How much assembly is required?

All shipped e-bikes come 90% assembled. The handlebar will be removed from the stem, along with the front wheel and pedals for shipping. You may receive finally assembly instructions along with assembly tools in your welcome box. If you need further assistance, please email us at info@crazylennysebikes.com.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with our ebikes! You may exchange your ebike for a different model, within 10 days after delivery. Please note, we do charge a restocking fee (20%) to accept a return. We also cannot cover any shipping expenses back to our facility.
