What size bike do I need ?
Sizing and weight is an important part to riding comfortably. We have an ebike designed for just about anyone. Our ebikes are for riders from 4’1″ to 6’5″, We cover just about all heights and weights up to 400lbs. If you need more help on finding the right fit please give us a call. We’re more than happy to help.
How long does shipping take ?
Before we can ship we have to process your order. Order process, takes 5-7 business days. Due to the nature of lithium-ion batteries we cannot ship ebike’s via air. Ground shipping is 3-5 days, Freight is 7-10 days. Express 2 Day shipping can be arranged at a cost of $380. Please note we cannot offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. If you live in one of these states please email us firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange shipping for you.
What warranty do i get for my ebike?
Most of the ebikes we sell come with a limited 1 year manufacturer warranty. Some are longer. We’re not the warrantor of any ebike warranty. Please see our Warranty section on our TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAGE
How do i get free shipping?
Because of how we price our ebike, rarely can we cover the costs of “Free Shipping” We believe in offering exceptional service and crazy low pricing. Most of our ebikes are priced to include shipping. This mean the costs associated with handling and delivery are rolled into the price. We are able to do this in a manner thats still lower than our competitors.
How accurate is website pricing?
Although all effort has been made to price all of our products correctly, mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to update/change prices without notice. We also cannot be held liable for incorrect prices. All prices are subject to approval. If you placed an order online you may be contacted by a representative to resolve any issues.
How much assembly is required ?
All eBikes come 90% assembled. The handlebar will be removed from the stem, along with the front wheel and pedals for shipping. You may receive finally assembly instructions along with assembly tools in your welcome box. If you need further assistance, Please email us at email@example.com
Are the ebikes tested before my delivery ?
We fully assemble, tune & adjust each bike before we test ride to ensure 100% functionally before your ebike is shipped.
Can i return the ebike if i'm unhappy ?
We want you to be happy with our ebikes, that’s why we offer a 10 day return policy. Please note, we do have to charge a restocking fee (up to 20%) to accept a refund. We also cannot cover any shipping expenses back to our facility. Please see our RETUN POLICY PAGE
What is MAP Pricing?
We have a mutual agreement with our partners & vendors to properly display their pricing. We cannot publicly list a price less without their permission.
Why are some ebikes discounted?
Some ebikes may show discounts. These ebikes may be used or slightly used, older models or discontinued. Keep in mind just because it is discounted, it still may not qualify for free shipping.
