Does my ebike have a warranty?

If you find anything wrong with your ebike within the first 90 days, bring it back to our Service Center and we will fix it at no cost to you. If the ebike was purchased greater than 90 days ago, you will need to check on the manufacturer’s warranty.

If you aren’t able to bring your ebike to our Service Center, the warranty also depends on your manufacturer, and you can find out more by contacting the brand directly. Oftentimes, your local bike shop will be able to repair the issue under the manufacturer’s warranty.

The correct fit is an important part of riding comfortably. We have an e-bike designed for just about anyone. Our e-bikes are for riders from 4’1″ to 6’5″ and weigh up to 400lbs. The best fit advice is in-person in our Madison, WI shop, but give us a call, and we can suggest the right bike for you.

Although all effort has been made to price all of our products correctly, mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to update/change prices without notice. We also cannot be held liable for incorrect prices. All prices are subject to approval. All online orders go through an live customer service agent, to make sure you’re getting what you want at the right price.

We do our best to update the online inventory to match our in-stock availability. Due to ever growing demand this takes constant effort! All online sales are confirmed with a real in-store employee before checkout, to verify we have the bike you’re looking for, in the correct size and options for you.

Please note: Pre-ordering an e-bike is very common right now with wait times being as long as 3 months. This is now the industry norm since suppliers and manufacturers are struggling to keep up with soaring demands.

We ship to all 50 US states. After your purchase, we build you a brand new ebike, test all its components, partially disassemble it, and safely pack it in a box which typically takes less than 7 days. Once the ebike has left our facility, transit via UPS Ground or via freight service takes 5-7 days on average. Total shipping time may be up to 2 weeks. Contact us if you’re interested in expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

Once your order is placed, we build a brand new bike for you, and fully charge the battery to ensure 100% functionality before we can begin packing up your bike for shipment. We use UPS ground 5-7 business days. You will not receive a tracking number until the order has left our building.

All shipped e-bikes come 90% assembled. The handlebar will be removed from the stem, along with the front wheel and pedals for shipping. You may receive finally assembly instructions along with assembly tools in your welcome box. If you need further assistance, please email us at info@crazylennysebikes.com.

We want you to be happy with our ebikes! You may exchange your ebike for a different model, within 10 days after delivery. Please note, we do charge a restocking fee (20%) to accept a return. We also cannot cover any shipping expenses back to our facility.
