American Rider Warranty

C.L.E Advertised 2 Yrd Warranty on American Rider Model Electric Bikes:

We’re the warrantor of our warranty. We cover the part’s cost & labor on any manufacture defects up to 1 year from purchase date. 2 Year on frame.

We do not cover “Wear & Tear” components such as… brake’s, spokes, wheels & tires, handle bar grips, seat & seat post, derailleur, crank set, cog set, bearings.

1 year warranty on battery | 1 year warranty on parts| 2 year warranty on frame

C.L.E has the right to decline warranty coverage with written notice. Out of pocket cost may be involved with warranty claims

Limitation of liability

In no event C.L.E, nor any of its officers, employees, contractors shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your bikes issues. Whether such liability is under contract. C.L.E, including its officers, employees, contractors shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of your bike.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent C.L.E from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these terms.
