I feel I was treated fairly. After purchasing an e-bike that performed significantly better than my old e-bike, it developed a warp in the back tire that was large, after 190 miles. They replaced the rim + spokes. I owned the bike 11 months. They did the work free, charging me for parts. $158. Chinese materials can be of lower quality.
